Our story began with a shared frustration. Having worked inside some of the biggest names in the consulting business, we saw government projects tackled with the same methods time after time. Despite good intentions, the results were often unnecessarily expensive and disappointing.
The agencies followed the playbooks handed to them. Yet, by some estimates, up to 90% of large government projects ran over budget, behind schedule, or delivered less than promised. This harsh reality fueled our determination to do things differently.
